Beyond being a yoga teacher, I'm a mom to a beautiful boy, a sister, daughter, wife, and student of life. An adventurer at heart, I find joy in camping ⛺, snowboarding 🏂, and anything that connects me to nature.
Yoga found me 10 years ago when I was seeking more than fitness—it became my path to healing, connection, and wholeness. It not only eased my back pain and anxiety but also helped me heal my relationship with food and my body, teaching me self-acceptance and compassion along the way.🌿
In 2020, I took a leap and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with the South Okanagan Yoga Academy, later adding Pain Care Aware and pre/postnatal training. My passion is creating a supportive community where everyone feels empowered in their well-being.
Becoming a mom in 2023 was both incredible and challenging. Finding time for yoga felt nearly impossible, so I created online offerings to make it more accessible. I’m passionate about sharing yoga and invite you to meet your body where it is—right from home. 🏡

How do online yoga classes work?
Online classes are hosted via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere with an internet connection. After signing up, you'll receive a link to each class. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join. You can interact with me and other students or choose to observe if you prefer (video can be on or off). If you have specific requests feel free to let me know! I’m happy to offer adjustments to ensure the practice suits your needs.
Do I need special equipment for online classes?
All you need is an internet connection and a device to stream the class! If the class involves props (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.), you can use what you have around the house, or purchase props from a local or online retailer. I like to give clear instructions on alternatives for common props if you don’t have them.

What if I miss a live class?
No worries! If you miss a live class a recording will be sent, with access for 7 days. Alternatively, you can access the recorded version in the class library (for members who have access). This allows you to revisit the session at your convenience, so you won’t miss out on any of the content
Can I join a class if I'm a beginner?
Absolutely! Classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. I love to offer variations to ensure you can participate and enjoy each session, no matter what season of life you’re in.
Do I need to turn on my camera during class?
That's up to you! You’re welcome to keep your camera on, but it’s not required. Many students prefer to keep their camera off for privacy, and that's perfectly fine. Everyone is muted during class to ensure no disruptions, so you can focus on your practice.
